About Us

I was once a full-time software engineer, but my passion for cooking drove me to explore new and exciting
recipes. Among all the dishes I experimented with, Idiyappam stood out for its traditional and authentic taste.

Motivated by this love for Idiyappam, spent a year perfecting different varieties, including those made with rice,
jowar, ragi, and other millets in combination with flavors like carrot, beetroot, spinach, coriander, curry leaves.

Living in Hyderabad, I noticed a scarcity of outlets serving Idiyappam and realized there were no caterers offering
it for family or corporate events. This sparked an idea - to bring this timeless dish to the forefront and introduce it
to a new generation. By offering Idiyappam as a distinctive option at events, I aim to provide a refreshing change
from the usual array of spicy foods.

Ingredients:

  • Flour (Rice / Jowar / Ragi)
  • Ghee
  • Water
  • Salt
 

Storage Instructions:

  • Store in refrigerator (0 - 5 Degree C) to ensure it stays fresh for longer.
  • Do not refreeze after it has been thawed

Preparation Method:

  • Method 1: Steam Idiyappam for 2 minutes
  • Method 2: Microware it for 30 seconds
